Our 14-Day Return Policy

We offer a 14-day return policy to make your shopping experience as smooth and satisfying as possible. You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase.


Return Conditions

We are unable to accept returns in the following cases:

  • Missing tags – Items returned without their original tags.
  • Altered items – Items that have been tailored or customized.
  • Odors – Items carrying strong odors such as perfume, smoke, or body odor.
  • Incomplete return – Items returned without their original packaging, accessories, or gifts included with the order.
  • Expired return window – Items returned after the stated return period.
  • Non-returnable items – Items marked as final sale, clearance, or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
  • Hygiene products – Underwear, swimwear, or personal use items with the hygiene seal removed.
  • Incorrect items – Items that do not match the original order.
  • Excessive wear – Items showing abnormal wear beyond normal use.
  • Incomplete documentation – Returns submitted without a completed return form or valid proof of purchase.
  • Misuse – Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or improper care.

Recommendations

Always inspect your item for stains or manufacturing defects before removing the tag. Once the tag has been removed, no claims can be accepted.

Items returned without meeting these conditions or without a prior return request will not be accepted.


How to Initiate a Return

1. Submit your return request Email us at yasemincreations@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Pack your return Carefully pack the items along with the delivery note included in your original parcel to help us process your return efficiently.

3. Ship your return

  • EU customers – Create your own shipping label with the carrier of your choice.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.

4. Receive your refund Once your return is received, it will go through a quality check of up to 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days and credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may require additional time to reflect the refund.

Damaged Items or Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you notice any defect, damage, or incorrect item, contact us right away. We are committed to resolving any issue promptly to ensure your satisfaction.


Exchanges

For a faster experience, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.


Custom & Personalized Items

In accordance with applicable law, the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to items made to customer specifications or clearly personalized.

These items cannot be returned for a change of mind, except in the case of a manufacturing error or non-conformity. Customers remain protected by statutory guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects.
